Nice tip, and much appreciated! I haven't tried it yet, but I will. I appreciate you adding this to our tip section!
Thank you,
Jen
Ok I seem to have a problem with this. I got it but the two are beneath each other and longer is it supposed to be that way? I would prefer them to be side by side.
Me too. I would really like to use this great code, but is there something else we should be doing to make them side by side? I currently have my blog and forum modules one on top of the other in my middle column. Do I need to change their position via the features options to make this code work correctly?

EPN...any help would really be appreciated! :-)

ok I did it exactly as described above and it works perfect!!! Take a look at

http://www.Successful-Women-Network.com (am I allowed to add a link here?? If not sorry Jen lol)

I just adjusted the number of items to be displayed to have approx. same height of both boxes

Thank you very much, great tip!!!
Of course you can link here. That's one of our main reasons for being here, promoting Social Networks like yours. ;-)

Wow Julia, it looks awesome! Great job! I may try to use this code.

BTW, did you see the code I provided for your vertical lines between menu tabs? It's wherever you asked the question. LOL

Have a good one,
Jen
lol see I knew I had asked that question...somewhere lol I woke up one morning actually thinking did I ask this now or not? lol ok Im off to go find the answer to it

you have a good one too
this works great except you can only do it with 2 containers I would like to do for containers but no matter what I do it ignores the the 3 and 4th containers. Is there something I am over looking
Im lost on where to add this code and how to get them to be side by side. can someone help this would be alot eaiser on my site for my members..
thanks
OK what have I done wrong they are not side by side but beneath other and it looks horrible

Are there codes for shortening the width of the box so they can be side by side?
Ok i figured it Out :-)
We got to add the cose to the apperance section then in to the CSS at the bottom.
To make sure there side by side
BLOG HAS TO BE ON TOP OF FORUM in THE FEATURE LAYOUT :-)
hope this helps
Thanks Great tip EP & Loving a convict. I just need to get the rows even now? Also i can't seem to change the width of the columns to match?
Oh my gosh! Thanks Loving A Convict...I have been trying to figure out how to get this code to work for weeks. And all along, I had the forum on top in feature layout, instead of the blog.

Kudos!
