How to remove the box around photos (due to new theme)

No, it's not a black background if you save it with Save As. If you try to copy/paste from one webpage to another, then it will be black looking. It's because they are .png files, which allow the transparent background behind the sticker. Always make sure you "save as", and then upload, when working with png files
