About Community
We are a Chronic Pain Advocacy Site that is a safe place to talk about all aspects of chronic pain. We are a private network-membership is by approval. Sensitive issues are discussed in our forum. Our members seek to comfort one another, offer advice and encouragement, and learn about many different pain syndromes and illness; as well as treatment options.

We fight for the rights of pain patients to receive the proper pain medications through petitions and awareness. In addition, we are implementing new advocacy programs to help individual members with chronic/intractable pain issues, that need someone to speak on their behalf in dealing with doctors, SSD/SSI, workers comp, medicare, etc.

Chronic-Intractable Pain and You welcomes affiliations with other networks in this niche; particularly those who deal with prescription medications, alternative pain therapies, and holistic pain solutions.
