Please offer and discuss possible solutions, for owners of free Ning Networks. And most of all, let's all offer encouragement to our fellow Ning Network Creators.

Recommendations of fellow members seems to be a Facebook, only feature. But read this about the invite system changes and whats on the roadmap (could be a long time, if ever) http://creators.ning.com/forum/topics/new-invite-members-from-addit...  I don't think automatic profile fills can happen. That would seem to me to be a security risk. The spammers would love that.

Thanks for your opinion! Do you know ways around my problems with Ning -- no recommendations of other members for other users to connect with & the fact that profiles don't automatically fill when members sign up with Facebook?  Thanks!

As to Social Go. They have a fine operation, but I don't believe that they provide a mobile reach like Ning. Although many of us have had our differences with Ning, it is doubtful that anybody can provide a better service. The cheapest way is time consuming but you would get a host, install wordpress and then buddy press. Not that glamorous but with a LOT of tweaking, it is an acceptable alternative. All that said, in my opinion Ning or Social Go...all the others either don't do the job or are too costly. Just IMHO.

Hi, I have a new Ning network called Let's Be One Hand.  I'm thinking about moving it to Social Go because it automatically recommends users for other members to connect with and also automatically loads Facebook profile info when a user creates an account with FB.  Before I switch, does anyone have any reasons why I shouldn't or perhaps a suggestion for a site that's better than Social Go?  Thanks!

As the first provider in the world FanSlave allows you to make money with your Facebook page. After the successful registration, you can click through the pages of the FanSlave network. If you like the page, you get FanSlave credits for your efforts, which you can cash out after reaching the minimum payout of €15.

Hi everyone! I am new here and just want to share my opinion about this network. I come here more times than on Ning Creators and recently I made the best investment in my social network (www.hinchaperuano.com), because I am member of the Premium Ning Tips group. Jen's support is excellent and fast. She even solve issues that are not on the Tips list. I strongly recommend it!

Yes, most people do have a limit income. A lot of my members went to the Mini Plan. Some move on to other sites.

I wouldn't be abe to have my own site if I was to stay here for that. As I am, staying here as a member of sites only.
