I can't remember which plans have this option. Seems Ning added it to all now. I don't think the mini plan had the built-in support link in the beginning.

My Site Isn't Working...HELP PLEASE!
I just paid for another year to keep my website, but now I can't approve new members or see my subtabs on the main page. When I go to Tabs in the manager, it doesn't load either. My pictures on the main page don't load either. Can someone help me fix my website, because if it stays this way, the site is useless to me and my members.

I have created Kat's Kitchen as a way to organize all the recipes I have collected over the years, and reduce the clutter of cookbooks in my kitchen. When my grandmother passed several years ago, I received an old recipe box of hers, and many of the recipe cards are old and faded. I decided to type them up on the computer before they were lost forever, which is where I got the idea for making a recipe website.
