@MTCCSD,
From your page, locate your profile image (upper left). Under this, click on 'My Page/Appearance/Advanced Tab'. Under CSS, add these styles. I tested these on your page, and this is what worked.

Try this.
#xg_sitename, #xg_sitedesc {display:none!important;}
#xg_masthead {height:200px; min-height:200px!important;}

Can you show me where you got these instructions, so I can update them? Ning has changed the command from "Theme" to "Appearance". That's most likely why you couldn't find it.

Hi, maybe someone can help me out with were to insert CSS

To hide the header for the 'Ning Directory' from your page, add the following CSS. You must add this CSS to remove the Directory Logo and Description. Click on 'My Page/Theme/Advanced Tab'. Under CSS, add this style: #xg_sitedesc,#xg_sitename { display: none !important; } See 2nd case below.

2nd Case: If the CSS above does not work for you, please test the following code.
#xg_sitedesc,#xg_sitename { display: none !important; } #xg_masthead { height: 200px; min-height: 200px; } You can adjust the height '200', just make sure you change both instances
