I actually realised that the main page look very crowded and that instead of attracting members it drives them out.....

I came to this conclusion after analysing stringently my google analytics and whos online...people just dont stay on homepage more than 30 sec..which is really bad....dont u think so

I would appreciate if u could let me kow ur views on my webiste..I recently made some changes with help of my friend....

ur views will be highly respected
