I'm not real sure what you mean, sorry. Are you referring to the built-in Ning Feature? The one that is at the bottom right of Groups?
"Follow – Email me when people reply"
If yes, and if you cannot see it, please let me know. Also, if yes, be sure to check your settings for email notifications. Otherwise, can you explain more?
