WE ARE THE ORIGINAL DOODLE RESCUE RESOURCE specializing in Poodle, Schnoodle and Doodle mixed dogs. We work collaboratively with other rescues, shelters and owners to ensure no Oodle dies in a kill-shelter or goes homeless.

WE ARE ALSO A RESCUE. Many of our members volunteer in rescue or have gotten their dogs through rescue. Rescue dogs come with issues. Let's discuss them!

We offer educational resources through companionship and discussion for dog owners, rescuers and dog loving enthusiasts. If you have rescued a dog, you will always have friends & support, here! You don't have to go it alone anymore.

Our goal is to unite into a collective to call attention to animals in need, animal abuse, puppy mills, scammers & fakes.

We are dedicated to educating potential dog owners on dog selection and care and believe that through discussion and support, each family will have the best opportunity for a life-long relationship with their new dog and help to keep dogs out of shelters. We support the no-kill efforts of shelters and rescue groups. We endorse responsible breeding and a lifelong commitment to dog ownership.

Creating a community dedicated to discussion and debate of canine issues. If you have adopted a shelter dog, you know the importance of information. By sharing our experiences we help others get through the trusting period & onto the loving part.

Formally, The Doodle Rescue & Resource Collective, since January, 2009 ----- Rescue Resource Collective is NOT "Doodle Rescue Collective, Inc."

In the past, this site was devoted only to Doodles: Goldendoodles & Labradoodles. Now, we list many animals in need of rescue from shelters, Craigslist and rehomes. We will not only list doodles, but schnoodles, poos, mixes, terrier mixes, and other animals seeking their own loving homes & safety from harm.

Join us in discussing and making a difference in animal rescue, calling attention to abuse, discussing behavior issues and creating a "COLLECTIVE" of caring, loving people ... one animal at a time.
