Have You Lost The Music In Your Life? Well, GET IT BACK!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, blah, ready to give up, and all that stuff we all feel when things are tough?

Things are tough these days for so many people. I see times are tough with my friends and family, both rich and poor. It's been a bit tough for me, for about 2 years, for several reasons.

Well, I'm going to give you the simplest suggestion in the World to make your day better. How long has it been since you turned on your favorite music? How long has it been since you pumped up the volume and danced around the room?! DO IT! YOU WON'T BELIEVE HOW MUCH BETTER YOU'LL FEEL. And, if you're in a wheelchair, dance with your hands, roll around the room - - just do it.

I did my dancing today, LOL! My little dog is convinced I've lost my mind. But, WOW, did it make me feel better! It releases so many different and wonderful things - - from endorphins to adrenaline; it brings good memories of times past, and reminds you of good times to come.

Too cute, and sweet! Yeah, about to break out in dance, again! I think I'll take Jazzi (my Westie) for a whirl this time. St. Bernard and Yorkie, what a great combo! I love it.

Jen, l also put my yorkie in my arms and dance and my st.bernard does a foot stomp that would make anyone laugh. l listen to music to lift up my spirit a lot.And dancing keeps me in shape.

Deb, did you mean to say you "can not" use playlist? I will use something else in the future, like the 1Club.FM Radio Player widget.

And yes, LET'S DANCE! ;-) I was serious about this, or sure wouldn't have sent out to 2k members. You cannot believe the difference it will make in your day to pump up your fav music, and dance around the room!

If worse comes to worse, grab the 1Club.FM Radio Player Widget from our Ning apps. It does have 90 stations and any music is better than no music. Lets dance!
