Hi,  I run luzal.com which is a Christian Social network. I would like to know if anyone has any ideas of how I can create a page of some sort where members put their church name and their schedule of service. So it'll be like a database of all the church services. We are very big on promoting Christian events and artists, but I also want churches to list their weekly program. latest activity

I just posted this question on Ning Creators.  Let's see who answers first..lol Is there a way to make the latest activity viewable only by one's friends. Imagine FB showed the newsfeed for all of FB that would be ridiculous. Why do we have it like that. I would like members to sign in and view the latest activity only their friends. OR at least within their profile. I noticed that in the profile you only see your own latest activity.  ThanksSee More

"This is relatively simple to so without any coding expericnece if you use location as a category.  1) For every group that is a church make sure that the location says church 2) Copy the url for that location and use it as the link for the tab…"

Hi,

If this could be done, and I have doubts, because the zip code is not an individual field under events, but part of the location string. It would take special scripting to do this, and you would need to hire someone. My thoughts are, you could add Search URLs to sub-tabs, for each Event Zip Code you add. For example, to search for all Events in 07524, add a sub-tab, and make the URL:

http://luzal.com/events/event/search?q=07524



This found the events listed under that zip code. But, you may want to add the zip codes as tags, just to be safe.
