Convert Continue Link under blog to button

I need to convert the continue link under blogs to a button link. This would look much better and get more people to click on articles and add pageviews. How can I do this?

Hi Francisco,

Have you seen this done on a Ning Network? For some reason when I try to code this, I'm stumped with an overflow attribute and no spacing below the actual link.
