The only one I've seen charges a fairly hefty fee, and I forget the name. I'll keep my eyes open for you.

 

Maybe someone else will know of a good app.

Well Jotform's offering a form building system with a very good user interface . You can create a form using the builder then embed the form over to your network .

The idea is to be abble to create a form which is "working" with the network...

I do not want to ask AGAIN the name, the email... it would be something open only to members...

Manuel,

As far as forms go, did you try the Contact Form by APPS.IO? It a Ning app and integrated with your site. Just add a Ning App and search on Contact.

 

BTW, got your email and thank you. Something bizarre on JenSocial for quite some time now. None of the Ning Apps will work on this site, out of the blue. I can't remove them from the site, so not to lose data, and so Ning can test them. I may however, remove the tabs from public clicks until this is corrected. Thanks again!
