I'd like to add an animated gif to my header area. I've tried using the gif as my network logo but it doesn't animate the gif,  it only displays a static image. Is there a workaround? Thanks.

Hi David.

I had this problem before, and i realized that it need to be in CSS,

use this code to help you out, just add it to you advance area of your CSS Area,

#xg_masthead /*Top Image*/
{margin: auto; display: block;height:289px; width:955px; background-color:transparent; background-image: url(URL GOES HERE); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: top center}

Hope this helps.

Mike,

Thank you Mike. Sorry for posting this in the wrong area.
Good to see you David,
;-) Yeah, just gets you attention quicker, and keeps questions out of the tips.
Best to you,
Jen
hey David,

Your very welcome, i was very happy to help you, if you need anything else please let me know,

Mike
Hi Mike, I wanted to follow up with a question on the support page, but didn't know how to copy this thread to be sure to get it to you. Thanks again, your CSS script worked fine. Now, what I'd like to do is to suppress the masthead on select pages when I have them open in a new window. I've already used some java script that Jen provided to remove the navigation and browser tabs from those pages, but I'd also like to remove the masthead.
Please start new discussion under Support Group.
Thanks,
Jen
:-)
