Scrolling Ning Bar Text - Help

At the very top of the page, the ning bar, l notice that Jen have text scrolling across the top. Can some one give me the code to do this or tell me how to get this feature. Is this a service one has to pay to get?

l know how to do this code, l learn this from Jen. But l really was interested in the ning bar at the top of the page. Just like Jen has here. Where to post the code you have showing will this work at the top on the ning bar?

I wrote a tutorial Fantasyland. You can use the short version provided by arkitextcentre. Or, you can add the stop/go with mouseover, and change the color, font size, etc...

This is a nice code and works, but how do you get it under your header. Mines showing up at the bottom of the page, even when I use Jen's code.
