Hi...I used a tip found here on JenSocial a couple of weeks ago, and since the change, it is all messed up. Here is the link to the original tip discussion I am referring to:

http://www.jensocial.com/group/ningnetworktips/forum/topics/how-to-...

Here's my problem: I used this tip to remove the right column on my pages...it worked great, and my pages look good. But now those pages have what used to be in the right column, lined up in a single row directly beneath the content of the page. It looks dumb and extends the page forever.

Note: For this tip, I used the analytics box, not the CSS version.

Okay, so I removed the code from my analytics box, and yet my pages still look this way. I have refreshed, and even signed out of my network for awhile to see if this would resolve itself. It hasn't. And I can't create any new pages because they also have the right column at the bottom.

I have sent a ticket to Ning customer service, and they have received it, but I don't know how long it will take for them to look into this. So I thought I'd pose my problem here and see if anyone has a solution.

Here's a link to one of my pages to show you an example of what it's doing:

Thanks!

Working on this right now. Since this is considered a hack, doubtful Ning will help out. I'm not sure why yours didn't correct itself when you removed. I can almost guarantee somehow the code is still there.
Get back to you soon,
Jen
Okay, tip has been fixed. Let me know if you still have a problem.

I searched through your CSS and you do have these lines of code:
.xg_widget_page .xg_last {display: none;}
.xg_widget_page .xg_3col {width:955px;}
.xg_widget_page .xg_span-16 {width:945px;}

Just remove, or change the line in bold. Currently you have the old code that no longer works.

Best Regards,
Jen
Ah, thanks so much Jen!!! I removed all three lines of code and the pages are fixed! Now...lol...how can I get them back to not showing the right column, but correctly? Is there still a way to do this with the new changes? I think the pages look really good when they are one full column instead of two.

Thanks in advance!
Just use the new tip, with corrections. Be sure you don't add to CSS and Analytics (custom code). Please read the tip thoroughly to see what I mean.
:-)
Best,
Jen
Okay...thank you :-)
