As co-founder of VCMB I built some criteria for future investors of the company. We're happy to collaborate with either private individuals or organizations from different countries.

There are some common goals we share with our investors. Let's list them:

making an equity investments in the structured and managed by the group's managing partners joint ventures;

our cooperation is based on intermediate to long term capital appreciation.

Our investors should be accredited (defined by the Rule 501 of Regulation D) and make minimum investment of $ 500.000

Investors must meet the definition of “accredited investor” as defined by the and specifically in Rule 501 of Regulation D.
