Ning Directory Site Name and Logo Change - Reasons?

I have added the word "Jen" to the Ning Directory Logo. And, I've changed the site title to: Ning Directory by Jen. I didn't want to put the word "Jen" first in the title, so it wouldn't hurt us with Google and other SEO.

To be honest, I hated to do it. But, I pondered for about a month, about this. Although Ning has never complained about our name, I feel it has hurt us on features and such with Ning.com. I felt by adding my name would keep it intact with the Search Engines, but take care of a potential problem. And I think it will help all of us, in the long run. It's not an ego thing. I promise. ;-)

I hope everyone is okay with the changes. Feel free to share your thoughts and opinions.
