COMPENSATION PLAN
TIPS: 1. Currently, there are 5 incomes that you can earn from this model. 2. With the Compensation plan, you can generate cash immediately with 3 incentives, if you give this business immediate attention. The other 2 incomes; Strategic Loyalty; a monthly residual bonus, and the CEO bonus, take time to build, start small but can become huge. 3. If you really give this business the focus and attention and put the effort in now, at this ground floor stage, it’s not inconceivable that you can earn about 50,000 US$ monthly in a couple years time. It all depends on you, the model is there and the incomes are there to be made. 4. Some people may just invest based on the potential magnitude of the bio-technology industry or on the potential trading of this company on the international stock exchange linked to sales of a large global market with its genesis in the Asian markets with large populations. 5. They may just buy an EASYPHAMAX, put it down and re-sell for higher value when the market becomes closed off. For e.g., INS suggests that they may limit 1 EASYPHAMAX, to every 20,000 people. So when all the centers are sold out, and the selling price appreciates to 4,000, 5,000 or 10,000 US$ per center, you can re-sell your investment to anyone at a higher price. For e.g., EASYPHAMAX started at a selling price of 3,000 US $ in Malaysia, but the last center sold at 20,000 US$. Currently in Malaysia, there are 5,000 centers, with the interest in adding 1,000 more centers. The Partners in Malaysia are supported by a fully blown up customer support system with a Loyalty program and a large advertising and promotional strategy in place. The Malaysian market is fully developed. 6. Or more interestingly, you may choose to invest in an EASYPHAMAX center and work the center. There is much more money to be made. The requirement is for you to buy an EASYPHAMAX center. 7. To earn everything in the compensation plan you should enrol a minimum of 4 people, as fully paid up EASYPHAMAX franchise holders, and purchase a minimum quota of 100 US$ in product every month, preferably as a standing order, for ease of transaction. 8. Choose these 4 people wisely as it’s through their referrals that the centers will grow, through introductions. You also want to bring in people who do more than minimum volumes through sales and product introductions.
RETAIL SALES

1 For new markets, the investment is a one time investment of US$ 3,000. 2 You invest US$ 3,000, the company gives you back US$ 3,000 worth of free product, which you can bring in all at once, or hold all inventory as a credit and redeem stocks as you need. (By bringing in your shipments in small amounts at a time, allows you to test the market as well as allows you to redeem new products as released or you could post some or all your inventory on the internet). For this investment, you also get US$ 300 dollars worth of free product, because the company feels strongly that you should give away some free product. Free products are not automatically shipped; you need to order these products when you are ready, after you are fully paid up. 3 The suggested retail is 20%. 4 So on a total inventory of US$ 3,300 with a 20% mark up, that adds to US$ 660 profit; add this back to US$ 3300 = US$ 3,960, as an inventory value. So for an investment of 3,000 US$, if all your stocks are sold, that’s an income return of 3,960 US$. 5 So your return on Retail is 20 %. If you sell wheatgrass to re-sellers, (distributors), and they sell sachets loosely e.g., in juice bars or fruit & vegetable depots, they can realize a higher profit, (200 – 300 % - Wheatgrass shots are sold for US$ 2-3 per shot in juice bars in the USA & Canada). 6 Even if you took a whole year to sell this inventory, you still enjoy a 20% return on your investment at the end of the year. If you had invested this money in a bank, you would be lucky to enjoy a 5% interest rate at the end of the year. 7 As an EASYPHAMAX holder, you also are entitled to get a free website valued at US$ 12,000. 8 This is a phenomenal tool; essentially it’s a 3- D virtual reality website. 9 The company will showcase your inventory, manage your inventory and deliver the product to the end customer over time. This is the vision. The company has invested millions of dollars in I.T., to develop the website. Over time, partners will have access to a back office facility so they can check their genealogy and have access to a paperless office. NOTE: In reality right now, internet usage for product shopping is still low for e.g., 10-15%, so you would want to drive volume still by one on one interaction through people networks, centres etc for product consumption. 1 This is paid once, as a commission for referring people to purchase an EASYPHAMAX center. So on your first Easyphamax, you will earn 300 US$, (which is 10% of $3,000), on your second center, 300 US$, (which is another 10% of 3,000). 2 It’s paid once per referral but it’s paid out every time you refer a center in. It’s contingent on you having an auto ship order in every month, from the month after you join, but you earn this immediately if you sign in and start signing in partners immediately. 3 On your second level of Easyphamax, for every group of 5 Easyphamax that are brought in by the centers you personally sponsor, you earn US$ 675. So for e.g., if you help A to bring in 5, you earn US$ 675 or if you help A, B, C, & D to bring in 1 E center each and D brings in another, so that would make up a group of 5, you earn 675 US $. Every time you create a group of 5 people, you earn the US$ 675. This has to be done in a month. TIPS: (This double depth bonus encourages you to help your sponsored partners to bring in their 4. For example, if you help A to bring in 4 partners in a month, (to help them earn R.O.I., the next bonus), and then start working the next leg as soon as they get their first one in, (if you do the 5 in 31 days, you hit the US$ 675 bonus), and then you continue helping B get their 4; while C starts up trying to get their 4 in. If you duplicate this process you can aim for 675 $ each time, while helping partners to get their 4 in, in 31 days. (With a normal franchise arrangement, you don’t get paid to refer others, but in this scenario, like in a net work marketing model, you are actually paid to refer others in). STRATEGIC LOYALTY INCENTIVE BONUS

1 Visualize 4 EASYPHAMAX CENTERS, 4 LINES: A, B, C, D. LOYALTY PAYOUT ON the first line, A IS 10%, of Global sales, ON #2, #3, & #4; IS 20%, 20%, & 20%. 2 The divisible for points per LINE, are: A=1400, B=280, C=280 & D =280. 3 On the first line A, you will earn up to 8 EASYPHAMAX, on the 2nd, 3rd & 4th lines, you earn to infinity levels or depths. 4 The company pays out less on the first line A, as most people would bring in at least one EASYPHAMAX center and they would loose money, if they paid out a higher amount and to infinity on this leg. 5 With regard to placement, on the first line, all EC Phamax centers will automatically be sponsored and placed under the A, first line. All subsequent sponsored or placement franchise holders will fall under your 2nd, 3rd, & 4th EASYPHAMAX, under the B, C & D, and legs. All EASYPHAMAX will be systematically placed under all your centers stacking them in to infinity levels to ensure the tightest configuration below to maximize your earnings. 6 To simplify the payout for the Strategic Loyalty Incentive Bonus, if you took your total volume, that you do through all your EASYPHAMAX, you will earn about 6-8%, e.g., if you do a million dollars a month in group sales, 6% of a million is 60,000 US$ per month. If the volumes sound too high, think that on ½ million would be 30,000 US$ per month, or a quarter million would be 15,000 US$ per month or 1/8 Th, would be 7500 US$ per month - which is still a good monthly cheque. On 100,000 worth of sales, your cheque would be 6,000 US$ monthly. NOTES: Income calculation of STRATEGIC LOYALTY INCENTIVE BONUS is complicated. I would not recommend that you explain this to a prospect, and it doesn’t matter if you understand how it’s worked out, just do what you have to do to qualify to earn the cheque, but it’s included for information only. To earn this, you also have to do a minimum quota of US$ 100 in purchase every month, which you could use or sell, it’s not a lot of stock, (this is equivalent to 1 so easy system for example or 2 Wheatgrass powder boxes a 1 Kenko Takara box).
To calculate your monthly residual cheque: 1 Factor in a % of global sales, expressed in shared points, divided by the total global qualifiers expressed as shared points, factored at your group performance, expressed in points. 2 Calculate world global sales – Sales would represent the new markets e.g., USA, Philippines, Trinidad & Tobago, Indonesia, Canada etc. They would not factor in the more mature or large markets at this stage e.g., Malaysia or China, since if they did, these figures would lower the pay out of the bonuses for the new countries as a lot of partners would qualify, even though the sales are large. 3 E.g., if this figure, global sales, is 10,000,000 global US $ sales, they would work out the shared point value equivalent. They would announce this based on the given month, so if for e.g., they have a promotional offer, they may reduce the shared point value for the respective month. Usually the pay out is between 30-50%. 4 Lets use the e.g., of 30 % in this instance, 30% of US$ 10,000,000 is 3,000,000 shared points. Shared points would be the basis of currency for income calculation. 5 For Line 1, A stream; you take 10% of 3,000,000 = 300,000 shared points. 6 Need to work out the number of points earned in Line 1. Divide your group sales, (represented as all the additions of compounded EASYPHAMAX centers), by number of points for this Line, so for e.g. for a group sales figure of US$ 140,000 / 1400 = 1,000 points. 7 Need next to place a value per point. 8 Take the shared point value of global sales, = 300,000 SP / the number of people qualified expressed as share points, total number of shared points in the population for qualification say for e.g., 300,000 (for ease of calculation), 300,000 / 300,000 = $1 = the dollar value per point. 9 So on 1000 points, you multiply 1000 x $1 = US$ 1,000 income for Line 1. 10 For Line #2 or B group, you would take your group sales of say same 280,000 / 280 this time = 1,000 to once again determine the number of points. 11 To determine, value per point, this time take 20% of total global sp., / total qualifying points. 12 20% x 3,000,000 = 600,000 / 600,000 (the total qualifying points for e.g., = $1). 13 So 1,000 points on this line or leg x $1= $1,000. ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
ROI – RETURN OF INVESTMENT BONUS

Notes: The company secures your investment. R.O.I. gives you a cash flow for a few months while building the business. For investing in an EASYPHAMAX center, they pay you US$ 20,000 as a Return on Investment Bonus. So if you invest say US$ 3,000 in an EASYPHAMAX center for a new market, you get back US$ 20,000 as a R.O.I. bonus over a period of time, paid as a monthly cheque until fully paid up. Once it’s paid out, that’s it; you’ve earned all your money back. But that’s a 600% return. For the Philippine market for e.g., they paid out US$ 585 US$ in July 2007. For new markets, for the month of January, $ 162 was paid out. You can earn ROI twice and no more. If you did this twice, you can earn double ROI, so 8 EASYPHAMAX centers done twice, in 31 rolling days can earn you double R.O.I. You do not have to do 8 EASYPHAMAX Centers at the same time; you can do 4 in 31 rolling days and another 4 in another 31 rolling days, so that’s a 600% return twice. The thing is as you join, you would want to lock in your R.O.I. quickly by getting your 4 people in 31 days as the company will stop paying out R.O.I. at some point as more and more partners come in, so you would want to take advantage of this bonus. If you are going to invest US$ 3,000, you might as well work swiftly, lock in your 4 or 8 people and benefit from this tremendous return.
To qualify, for R.O.I.: 1 You first have to buy a fully paid up EASYPHAMAX CENTER. 2 You then have to personally bring in 4 EASYPHAMAX centers, in 31 rolling days. 3 Each one, including you, has to buy a minimum of US$ 100 in stock per month, (could be considered an auto ship). If you do this, you have 4 points per EASYPHAMAX.
To calculate the R.O.I. bonus: 1 Take 10% of global sales in the new markets, i.e., excluding Malaysia and China, as represented in SP’S so e.g., for a figure of 10,000,000 in US$ SALES, take 30% to get SP = 3,000,000 sp., now multiply by 10 % (the global bonus pool calculation), = 300,000 / (the number of qualifiers as expressed in points) for e.g., if there are 2400 total qualifying points, this example gives 300,000 / 2400 = $125, to give you the dollar value per point. 2 Take US$ 125 x 4, (the number of points you have earned), = US$ 500. You earn up to a maximum of 4 points. 3 If you earn ROI twice, you can earn, US$ 500 x 4 = up to 1,000 US$ for double ROI in this example. ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
CEO BONUS

1. Nobody has earned this bonus as yet but this bonus plus the Strategic Loyalty Bonus start small but can grow big. 2. Again, it’s important to maintain your quota of a minimum of US$ 100 monthly purchase from the company as your auto-ship, as a qualification to earn in the compensation plan. 3. When you have 4 EASYPHAMAX Centers and they accumulate over 100,000 shared points per leg, (the volume in each leg would be the additions of all the EASYPHAMAX Centers on each leg through all the compounded introductions of combined EASYPHAMAX Centers). 4. For 4 legs, over a 12 month period, you earn a CEO Bonus of 20,000 per month. The bonus rolls over every month. 5. You can earn this every single month for a maximum of 10 months IN A YEAR, = $ 200,000 over 10 months about 8,500 shared points per leg monthly. ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… Income examples: Income is based on effort so that any example of income is only attainable based on activity. One lady from Malaysia, is making about 40,000 US$ monthly. She had personally sponsored 4 EASYPHAMAX Centers but has over 500 EASYPHAMAX Centers in the group. There are Business Partners out of China who earn over 100,000 US$ per month. On a million US $ in sales monthly, you can earn about 90,000 US $ monthly. With the Blue Ocean Strategy, the company is always evolving new strategies for the enhancement of payouts in the compensation plan. This compensation Plan is not done, its only 30% completed, it’s like a jigsaw, continuously being evolved. The flexibility and adaptability of strategies to facilitate growth is pro-active and dynamic.
