I suppose you could set up Admin Roles, and those Admins could add pages. However, I don't know of a way for all members to be able to do this.

About 2 years ago I was able to integrate the cbox with Ning, but it stopped working properly. Honestly, I'm not sure what the process would be to make it work. I would suggest writing the cbox support team. It may take them a while to answer, but they're pretty good about helping out.
