Thank you for the tip.

To encourage member participation I feature all members who has posted a blog or discussion. That means my featured member list can run into hundreds. 

I would love to see similar display options for featured members and photos because featured members are represented by their photos too.

That's a lot of features! I'd think that the value of being featured would go down with that system. If you only featured the members who made it into the Top Five on the Leaderboards every week, that might be easier on you and it might give them more motivation to get posting. Who knows! :]

You got a point there. I have found a way that can achieve same results. My big thumbnail displays 15 photos, featuring will be the battle of those 15 positions.
