Because of the way the page is being loaded dynamically, I think you're going to find that an anchor link will not work. That's what I see.

I took a good look, analyzed it for about 10-15 minutes, and honestly I don't know. I would imagine #1: you need to grab the correct CSS class, and #2: More importantly and difficult, you need to write the javascript to change the header for that page only. So, it's going to take some pretty good coding the way I see it. Maybe SiteSuites will answer. Did you ask TJ of jQueryhelp? He may be able to help.

Put a space before first bracket, not sure why it showed up that way - - like this:
.xg_widget_main_index_index .module_forum {width: 364px;float: right;font-size:90%;}
.xg_widget_main_index_index .module_forum {height: 500px !important;overflow: auto;}

Wait, I believe I understand. Replace this code:
.module_forum {
width: 364px;
float: right;
font-size:90%;
}

.module_forum {
height: 500px !important;
overflow: auto;
}

with:

.xg_widget_main_index_index .module_forum{width: 364px;float: right;font-size:90%;}
.xg_widget_main_index_index .module_forum{height: 500px !important;overflow: auto;}

Please provide the exact block of code that is causing the issue, and what you want to happen on the home page forum, if that makes sense.
