I know you've been a member for a long while - - thank you! Since you joined, we have made it a requirement for your member name and photo to reflect your Ning Network. It makes us look more like a real Directory, and better data. Please change your member name to your network name, and your photo to your network logo. If you want to add your name to the network name, that works too. For example, go to Settings/Profile/Name (under password), and change to something like: Aleister Crowley - Arcana13. Or, if you want to really get attention (although a little long) - - go with something like:
Crowley, The Thoth Tarot, Thelemites and Love is The Law

Just a tip: You might want to change your member name from it's current setting to your network name. Additionally, you could upload your Ning Network icon (unless the photo of you is the network icon). This will give you better exposure when potential new members are searching for communities.
