I'm had problems uploading it too. It was the size of your file. Although a small file for animated gif, still a little too large for the TOP100 server requirements. I uploaded to the Ning Directory server, and pasted the URL to your file. It's working now.

I sure hope you like what I did. Your logo was getting lost too, because of black cross lines on a black background on the TOP 100. I created you a banner. Leaving for Mom's house soon, tonight my night to help out. If you don't like, you can still go in, edit and delete. Here's the banner I created and uploaded.
