I tried to fix your code, but too many issues. It appears that there are several things going on:
1. There are many hidden <br> (line breaks) - - as if you copied/pasted the code to a word processor? You must use a text editor.
2. When you add Styles to a Ning Text Box, they tend to mess things up, and they too throw in line breaks. I suggest removing the <style> ... </style>
2.b. Add the style code to your Advanced CSS box, without the <style> ... </style> tag, just all the code between the start/end tag.
3. Re-copy your widget code from the original source, and re-paste into text box.

Thanks for the response Jen.
Ok, like I said, my knowledge is limited. Just to make sure we are on a same plane, I copied the code direct from the original source and pasted it direct to the text box, there was no text editor involved.
That lead us to styles, they came with the code. What you are saying is that I must remove them from the code and add them separately on Advanced CSS box, of cause without style tags?
I have tried several times deleting and recopy/paste with same results.
I looked at the code and said what is going on here, I am learning slowly and I am starting to understand codes but not this one.

Oh nice, very clean code.

I created 2 text files, separating the CSS styles from the Textbox/Form Code.

1. Add the code from careerjet_textbox.txt to your home page text box. I also removed any extra spaces from the Form code. If you ever have to repaste use the same text file code.

2. Add the CSS code from careerjet_AdvancedCSS.txt to your CSS, via:
My Network/Settings/Appearance/Advanced

Jen, on adsense search box, they give you two codes. One for search box and the other for where you want results displayed. Where do I add the second code?

Create a new page with http://yournetwork.com/page, and add the code there. Here's an example:
http://jensocial.com/page/search-results-for-ning-tips

I have learned a new feature, thanks Jen.
It is becoming interesting now. Your bar at the bottom, I added one and my network became very slow, some users says the website was not opening at all. I had to remove it. But now I see you have yours and your network speed is fine. What is the trick?

Do make sure that you do not add the "Twitter Anywhere" in the toolbar. It doesn't work properly on Ning Networks.

Also, you added the code to your Analytics box, correct?

Yes I did Jen. I see the bar you are using also has a Chat. Members are experience problem when using Ning Chat. Can you please advice on the best solution for chatting? I have installed number of applications but none works to the expectations.

Hi Phuze,

Look at the page HTML code and find the script you've installed:

You need to remove or make it less pixels in height. Right now you have it set to: 2000px.
