By now everyone already knows that Youtube changed from HTML to iframe!

My question is beside using the option "use old embed code" (HTML) that youtube have,

Is there any other way to add videos?

I tried the "Media" option that ning have as well in here, but it doesn't work,

It just appears blank,

Does anyone has come with an special code to add individually to our ning networks to be able to support iframe?, is there a way we can add lets say to the main code when we create pages either for our groups or the whole website, or a page that can be enable to play the iframe code?

I don't know if somebody has already developed the idea or something!

It seems that the iframe doesn't work anywhere in the site?

Or does iframe work somewhere in ning sites?

Ning has said that they are working on fixing the platform to allow iframes embedding. Hopefully they will have this done soon. :)

Thanks Ari :D I wish ning can do a code for all the sites,

But I think is possible for those ning coders to create a ning code able to be compatible with iframe! so that can be add individually!

Well lets see what ning comes up :)

Hugs my dear friend!

I am not sure about Youtube as it is blocked here in China, but I use Iframes on my site for flash cards here without any problem. Mind you, I am not sure exactly what the difference is, but "iframes" is in the coding. :)

Hmm I didn't know that youtube is blocked on china!

Yeah is in the coding I think there are different types of "frames" or framing,

And well iframe seens to be the most use it :)

I wish I could know the difference as well lol!

Thanks Eric

Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, and many others social media sites are all blocked. Thank god for VPS's! :)
LOl Thank You Eric!
Huh.?? I use the Iframe option to embed videos from Vimeo and YouTube, with no problem. Maybe it is because I have a PRO account? In any case I have been using Iframes for a couple of years now to embed videos, and other sites into Ning server sites. I never realized it was a problem. Wonder what I am doing that is different than others. I have no idea, because I have never had the problem.

Hahaha this is even funnier lol,

The new iframe its been used just few days and not years hahaha!

I guess you haven't been around youtube lately! :D

However i think they will just add that option to the highest paid accounts!

Try today to post a  youtube video in iframe in your site lol!

Post me the code here :)

Have a nixce day

Hi Carny... admins and creators can do this, but standard members cannot... they have to use the old style embed code...
