Does any one know of a way to have a news feed on their website like on Forbes Ning site http://www.gbooza.com. I tried using rss feeds but it always links back to site of origin.
On Forbes site, when you click on his news feed it takes you to a page, keeping you on his site, as if the story is his. It shows pictures, links, the whole story and of course the Ning "Reply" and the end.
Or... are his press releases actually being placed in by the author manually?
If so is there a way to do this auto via rss or someway else relative to my interests?

A quick look and it seems that he is using the rss feed provided through his Ning server of his own forum. Everytime he starts a discussion on his forum it appears on his feed on the front page. Only he is only publishing the title of the discussion on his feed (an option). I do the same thing with blogs and have done so with the forum in the past. It's pretty simple, actually. Open your discussion page and get the address of your feed by clicking on the feed button, then move an rss feed box to the main page. Drop in the link and select your option(s) and you are good to go. Of course, you have to provide the content of the discussion or one of your members has to do so. Normally you Feature the discussions you want on the main page.
I'm sorry Carny Town, but you've completely lost me on that.
So I copy a rss url from a news source (I think this is what you're saying about this part) and place it where exactly?
