Your New Text Box

On some websites on Ning, there is a text box add to members page right under the Hello Box. Is this a paid code and where can l get it? Or do you or anyone knows the code to add this to members page?

I am not quite sure what you are referring to . If i am right , there should be a default text box in every members profiles of Ning networks .

No this is not what l am asking about. The attach files below show a picture of what l want, the little green fairy is what l put in the text box on this site. l do not want to add no boxes just for announcement. l want to add a text box for the members to use. It only shows on their page not everyones page.

If you mean the sign-in box? Which I've been known to call the hello box as well, just clarifying - - I added that option to the tip: Add Text Box Below Sign-In/Hello Box on Member Profile Pages

l meant right under the sign-in, there are website that have a text box on all members page right under the sign-in box.That members can add what they would like.

Jen, this text box code is for announcements. But the one l am talking about is for members to add things in a extra text box found under the sign-in box. Not for creators to add things into but for members.

Gotcha! I believe you are seeing an extra member text box, provided by the former Scripts4Ning (S4N). And S4N is not available to new networks.

If there is a way to do it, I haven't done it yet.
