Adjust and add this code to your Custom CSS:
The padding bottom is the space between your tabs and your simple link. The margin top pulls the whole area UP by using a negative number.

#xg_navigation {
margin-top:-200px !important;
padding-bottom:20px !important;
}

jen i still have something wrong.,, when u click on forums the text i added under tabs looks normal on all pages but on forums it moves.., and is in middle of tabs.. i may have to remove the simple text .. any ideas???
