You can change icon colors from: Manage/Appearance/All Options:

On the arrow for the Status Box, I believe this is the code. If not, hopefully it will give you a start, and you can find the correct code. .status-bar .arrow, .xg_theme-status-oc { border-color:#CC0000;} Best, Jen

I know that I can change icon color in "All options", but I'd like to know how to do it in CSS?

You can't change the icons via CSS - - not to my knowledge. Those are sprites. And sprites are part of a larger image.
