if you have a photobucket account you can add it in there and resize it there they give you options small medium large or you can email me the photo and i can resize it for you just let me know

In other words, change Thomas R. to Adlandpro Stars and upload logo, unless your photo represents your Network, then cool!

Just a tip: You might want to change your member name from it's current setting to your network name. Additionally, you could upload your Ning Network icon (unless the photo of you is the network icon). This will give you better exposure when potential new members are searching for communities.
