The babelfish throws me to the sign-in screen, so probably a no-go on that. Sorry. I'm hoping someone will interject some more information on all this.
Have a great week,
:-) Jen

Hi Billy,
The translator on this site is part of a former subscription service: Scripts4Ning. Ning has taken over the scripts and are working on providing them to all Ning sites, free. However, they haven't stated which scripts they will include, and when. They are not taking any new subscribers, so they can focus on deploying scripts for all Ning sites.

I've seen a few other translator scripts installed on Ning sites, but notice they don't work properly. Even here, lately when I test the translator, even if I sign out (Due to Ning platform Security, you have to sign out for any translator on Ning sites) - - it translates, then quickly goes back to original language. I need to investigate this next week. Sorry I don't have better news. When I have time, I can probably reproduce this translator using google translate or babelfish. First I have to figure out why it pops right back to original language. Something's up on that, and just haven't had time to find out why.

Also, here is a Ning site that specializes in translation. They may can help you.

Lastly, here is the link to Babel Fish widget, add translator to your site. I will test this soon, maybe today, and see if it works in Ning text box. This would be a nice start for you, if it works.

Thanks,
Jen
