This is not exactly a Christmas message, but as I got an invitation from Daniel Bidolski to join "SICU SPAIN" yesterday, I simply have to react immediately.

Daniel Bidolski joined the SICU Synergy Solutions Group Network (SICU SSGN) the 14th of June 2008. Then I invited him to become a global partner of SICU SSG in order to represent SICU SSG SPAIN. I provided him with all the information including the SICU SSG Affiliates Handbook with all details including all the facts concerning that SICU is intellectual property and protected by copyright worldwide.

Further on, I suggested that he created a "SICU SPAIN" group on SICU SSGN to serve our Spanish speaking members and by this to increase our membership base of SICU.

I agreed on that Daniel Bidolski created a group called SICU Speak Spanish.

Yesterday I got an invitation from DB to join an external "SICU SPAIN" group, with more than 200 members, he has silently been working on behind my back, by using the good brand name of SICU without a permission. I sent him the following message two times and wrote about my rights, feelings and intentions even on his comment wall when he was online SICU SSGN.

I know he has some knowledge about business rights, but I see that he broke against my good intentions, copyright and first of all against the golden rules of business ETHICS. By this I gave him a Christmas present: banned him and his group forever from SICU SSGN.

I HAVE NEVER GIVEN YOU A PERMISSION TO CREATE AN EXTERNAL "SICU SPAIN" GROUP OUTSIDE SICU SSGN! I AM PISSED OFF ABOUT THAT YOU HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS ME IN THE FIRST PLACE WHO GAVE YOU THE IDEA!!!

SICU AND ALL THE ELEMENTS OF IT HAS BEEN REGISTERED AS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND IS PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT WORLDWIDE. THE REGISTRATION CAN BE USED IN A COURT OF LAW TO PROVE THIS COPYRIGHT.

YOU HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THIS SINCE THE 14th OF JUNE 2008, WHEN WE DISCUSSED YOUR EVENTUAL GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP. THEN I SENT YOU THE SICU SSG AFFILIATES HANDBOOK IN WHERE ALL THE FACTS MENTIONED ABOVE ARE LISTED.

I WILL WAIT FOR YOUR EXPLANATION/SUGGESTION TILL TOMORROW NOON. IF I DO NOT GET ANY MESSAGE FROM YOU, YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE BANNED FROM SICU FOREVER. I WILL ALSO REMOVE YOUR GROUP, "SICU SPEAK SPANISH" FROM THE SICU SSG NETWORK.

I ASK YOU IMMEDIATELY RE-NAME SICU SPAIN, AND NEVER USE IT, ME OR MY NAME AGAIN!
