Laptop keyboard key caps and retainers clips often go missing, or break for one reason or another. The usual call to tech support when you have a missing key, more often than not is they want you to send the laptop off for weeks, and wants to charge you upwards of $150 for a new keyboard. I said, don't do it.

You can simply replace individual laptop keyboard keys, without buying a new keyboard. Installation is very simple, and most of the time if you get the correct key and the correct key retainer clip it just snaps right on, you will be back in business in no time.

In this blog, I will be posting laptop keyboard key installation guides for various Acer, Asus, Dell, Gateway, HP, IBM, Sony, and Toshiba Laptops. I will also be taking requests for different models, leave your model request in the comment sections.
