Jersey Shore: Should Snooki have called Jionni back to tell him the truth about Vinny?

Snooki calls Jionni and tells him that she slept in Vinny's bed the night after he left Italy, but told him all they did was kiss a little and snuggle. After having begged him to take her back, Jionni finally agrees to take her back. He does so thinking that Nicole only kissed Vinny.
