I've asked my friends, fans in Facebook and Plurk. Why you don't want to come and join my site? Their answers are "I do know what happened in your site in Facebook/Plurk, why do I need to sign up in your site?" Then I deiced not to share too much with other social networks. I tell them, if they want all the informations of my site. They have to become a member. And my friends and fans are all agree. So right now I just pick somethings in my site to share with  Facebook/Plurk.

So don't synchronize all activities of your network with facebook or other social networks. Once they get the habit, it's hard to quit. You Should let them get the habit that  frequently visit your site. Or they will lose something important or something interesting.
