BZ Results is currently hiring for a Supervisor to manage the Digital Advertising and Search Marketing function out of the Coventry, RI office -Sales support: proposals, testimonials, budget recommendations -Analyst campaign management: results, budgets, retention, backlog, earnbacks -Support escalation: client, sales -Associate Management: hiring, promotions, scheduling -Process: new products, campaign automation Coordination with Virtual Marketing Reps. Qualifications Required: (Experience, Skills, Academic): -Capabilities in building and running PPC campaigns with budgets of millions of dollars -Ability to supervise team of professionals by implementing process to driver superior advertising performance and client satisfaction -Documented success in effectively optimizing sites for top organic rankings in major search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN) -Experience in administering first tier analytic solutions like Omniture, Web Side Story or WebTrends -Excellent communicator with both internal staff and clients with ability to present to large audiences of enterprise decision makers -Ability to analyze data to determine results and recommend areas of improvement APPLY FOR THIS POSITION ONLINE
