On google translate, Wibiya Toolbar is nice, but might slow down your site a bit. And, I offer a tip that includes google translate:

A good way to find free tips - Click on Icon upper right of site "Search Tips"

To find VIP Tips, go to top of VIP Group. You will see a table with rows, by Socrata. It's great for searching through the VIP tips.
