Lost My 300 x 250 Wide Layout Column

Jen I screwed up. I have New Ning Design using A1. I had got the code from you before and it widen my right column so all my 300 x 250 ads fit. Been working for over 8 months now.I went to design and had to get out of developer mode so I could change my new header.Header was successfully changed, I went back into developer mode and "you guessed it" my code is gone.
