The Ning Directory is going strong! Thank you everyone, for your contributions!

We need to work continuously, to get the word out to as many Ning Networks, as possible. After all, we are the Ning Directory. It’s simple. The more Ning Networks who join the Ning Directory, the better for everyone.

As an incentive to get the word out, here’s the deal. Invite or re-invite your fellow Ning Network Creators. MAKE SURE you tell them to mention your name under ‘...how did you hear about us?’ Currently we have 989 members. BE THE MEMBER RESPONSIBLE FOR MEMBER #1100 JOINING, AND GET YOUR MEMBER LOGO ADDED TO THE FEATURED COMMUNITIES PAGE, FOR 1 MONTH! Your icon will also be shown on the home page under ‘Our Featured Social Communities‘, during that winning month.

Rules:
1. The 1100th member cannot be one of your Ning Networks.

2. Since our numbering system on the Profile Pages, counts some of the banned and deleted members; the number will be selected, based on the total member numbers reflected at:
http://theningdirectory.ning.com/profiles/members/ and counting backwards to #1100.

3. Your invitee who joins, MUST be a Ning Network.

4. They must mention your name when they join, and not after they join.

Thank you for adding your Ning Network to the Directory. In order to maximize attention to your Network, when Community Seekers are searching through our Communities - - please change your Member Name to your Network Name: ShreveportBlackPages.com, and your Member Photo to your Network Logo. THIS IS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP. If your personal name and photo are representing your Network, when possible, please add your Professional Title to the end (i.e. Johnny Smith, Musician)! When you change your member name here on the Directory, it should not effect any of your other Ning accounts/networks.

Don't forget to add your Ning Networks to THE LIST. You can add multiple Ning Networks under one member account. Be sure to close Discussion/Listing, if you don't want commenting. Note: Limit 2 Listings per Ning Network.

Also, we have added 20 new Groups, based on Categories. Be sure to add your Network to the appropriate Group. Same guidelines as THE LIST, limit joining 2 of the special Category Groups, per Ning Network.

We have also created a cross-reference Group on Ning Network Creators. This will help in getting us noticed by Network Creators who don't know about us yet, it will help in Search Engine Optimization, AND we will have even more links coming to the Ning Directory and to your Ning Networks.
