Doing my own thing again,
Here is 2 that I have remade for you .
If you like them they are yours....
Every greater can still put there own text with witch ever they deside to use ,
That is if you Jen Deside to alow these to be used only...

This is what l been using, and it is cute and also show Jen's banner. l do not think everyone should use the same welcome, it looks bad l think. And different ones show the member that the greet went through the troubles to make the welcome. If everyone uses the same it makes it seem too routine.
