Finally, Google Translator works properly on Ning Networks! If you would like to add to your header, like the Ning Directory, follow these steps:
Go to Manage/Analytics
Copy/Paste the following code, and SAVE.
Note: Adjust the top and right positions #'s.

<div style='position: absolute; top: 60px; right: 150px;' id="google_translate_element"></div><script>
function googleTranslateElementInit() {
new google.translate.TranslateElement({
pageLanguage: 'en'
}, 'google_translate_element');
}
</script><script src="http://translate.google.com/translate_a/element.js?cb=googleTranslateElementInit"></script>

I have this on the right side of the screen at the top but it is invisible

I had this on before the holidays and I placed a chrissie tree in the lower left of the screen
I have removed the chrissie one and now the translator won't show up.
If anyone can help with an answer

Cheers
Deborah
Hi Deborah,
I cannot figure this one out. All I can guess is you've somehow deleted some of the code in your Analytics Box for this feature, or the CSS is preventing it from showing - - for some reason.

If you get a chance to double check the code, let me know if anything changes.
Best,
Jen
Thanks Jen I double check my codes couldn't find any error, so I delete all and paste one at a time and now all are working and displaying on my screen.
Good idea. Glad you got it working. :-)
Best,
Jen
