Sorry, I missed this one. In order to make your logo non-clickable, you need to upload as Header Image, instead of Network Logo. However, you may need to make some adjustments like (1) Hiding the network title, and (2) Adjusting the masthead or header height. This adjustment depends on your CSS.

 

Upload your logo via Network/Settings/Appearance/All Options/Header Image, instead of Network Logo

 

Then, when you don't upload your logo via Network Logo, your site name will be displayed. If you haven't hidden it already, add this code to your Advanced CSS via:

Network/Settings/Appearance/All Options/Advanced:

#xg_sitename {display:none!important;}

 

and then, if you need adjustment in height, leave your network link in this discussion, and I'll take a look.
