Our Classifieds is a module previously offered by APPS.IO. It's no longer available for install, due to new Ning requirements on backend uploads and applications. However, you should be able to add the Ning App "Listings", and a new tab will be created. See their help page here:
http://www.apps.io/for/Ning/Listings
It actually looks nicer than our older module. Naturally I must keep our existing Classifieds, due to Ning Network Listings.
