Uploadng photos to text boxes on NING

Hi,
Like a lot of other NCs on NIng, I am struggling to get any kind of tech support. Is there anyone out there who is having similar issues with uploading images to text boxes on profile pages as demonstrated here

Help has not been forthcoming from Ning - does anyone have a hack or suggestions to get round this issue. Disabling captcha from the profile questions on sign up does not help. I have tested this bug on IE, Firefox, Safari in both windows and OS X.

Any help appreciated.

I see where Evan answered on Creators. I think this is something that only Ning can help with. I may be wrong, but my first impression.
