Casey,

I don't think CSS would do it. This would take new features from Ning. There's really no way to do this, even with a custom built app. And, if I don't understand what you're asking, if you can show me a Ning site that has photo categories, I'll take a close look.

 

Workarounds may be to create albums, and drag photos to the albums. Or, add good tags.

 

About to take a good look at that wonderful site of yours. ;-)
