Instant Welcome Broadcast

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to change the text of the welcome email new members receive when they sign up. What I want to do is alter the text to include links that will take them to helpful tips on navigating my network. For instance:

"Welcome to Kingdomz X Extreme Arts & Entertainment. To get you started, we've compiled a short, concise list of helpful tips to that will greatly enhance your experience here

1) Blah blah blah

2) Blah blah blah

3) Blah blah blah

Umm... I'll probably make it shorter than that, and add soemnthing at the end, but you get the gist of what I'm saying here. Is it possible to do this?
