I need urgent help!!!

I can not change the look of my profile, I can not put a background. it will not leave the option in profiles - Customize My Page -
I went to the controls, my network - checks
for revizar the option to change the design is activated. But I take a big surprise is that this completely blocked, I can mark any boxes and I get a message from ning.
This is what I said:
-The networks Ning developer mode does not support customizing the profile page -

This is a visual example:


I veririque here in this network (Jensocial) and I have put the background, here let mechange it. Ning do not understand why those options has been blocked on my networkand other networks right.
Someone can help me and tell me how I can fix it. For all the profiles in my network iswere the funds.
Help me please. Thanks, God bless you.

You need to contact Ning Support. I don't know why you as a Creator cannot access these options.
