When you are searching, click on menu to right "Allowed for commercial use (No link required)". This is the best for "free".

So if it is commercial use is not free but if it is non commercial use than it is free to use correct?

No. All good concerns.

Allowed for Commercial Use means you can use on Commercial site for free. However, each icon has it's own licensing. Some require you add link back to their site. Some do not. Each icon has the licensing on the download page. If you use the filter I suggested, it should always say:

License

Free for commercial use
