HOW TO UPGRADE JQUERY..?????????

Hii to all

 

 

I was having some problem with my wibiya chat box so I request wibiya team to look in to the matter.They respond me with followig comment-

 

"You are using jQuery v1.2.6 
Wibiya is compatible with jQuery 1.3.2 and above .Please upgrade your jQuery script to a newest version.
you can download it from here :
http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.4.2.min.js "

 

As I don't know how to do this so please any one can tell me how to upgrade jquery...?

just place <script src="http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.4.2.min.js " type="text/javascript"></script>

in your custom code section .

 

Should solve it .

I don't think you can override the version Ning has installed. The instructions Elson provided would have been the exact same I would have given. Your best bet is to go back to Wibiya. But honestly, I think this may be okay now.
